Helga Hilbert started this business in 1989 and her son, Markus Hilbert took over starting in 1998. He obtained his Doctorate at Salus University in 2009 and sold it to Sonova in 2008. It is now run by Connect Hearing. Markus started another business in 2005 called Ear Works Inc. and he is working on new industry specific initiatives there to improve quality of access, care and professionalism in both business management and patient care areas.
